We’re Hiring! Director of Finance, Operations and Strategy

The Keweenaw Community Foundation is growing, and we’re looking for a Director of Finance, Operations, and Strategy to help shape what comes next.

This is more than a finance role. We’re looking for someone who can manage KCF’s finances, improve how we work, use data better, and help plan for the future.

We’re open to people with different backgrounds and experiences. You may have worked in finance, accounting, banking, operations, nonprofit management, consulting, or another related field. What matters most is that you have strong financial and problem-solving skills, ask good questions, take ownership of your work, and are comfortable looking at both the details and the bigger picture.

This is a full-time position based in Hancock, Michigan, with a flexible, hybrid work schedule. The starting salary is $80,000, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, parental leave, life and disability insurance, and professional development opportunities.

This is a chance to take on an important leadership role while helping KCF grow and strengthen its work across the Keweenaw.
