“I am beyond grateful for this opportunity to further my education and give back to my community. In just 3 months, I will be attending Central Michigan University, where I will study elementary and special education. I hope to come back to the U.P. after my graduation in 2030. Becoming a teacher will be a great way to give back to the community.”
