About the Event

Once upon a time in the heart of the Keweenaw, a community foundation began writing a story—one rooted in generosity, sisu, and a deep commitment to something greater. Thirty-one years later, that story continues to unfold, page by page, through grants, scholarships, and initiatives that help our region thrive.

Join us for Keweenaw Gold: The Next Chapter, a storybook-themed evening celebrating the impact of the Keweenaw Community Foundation. Together, we’ll highlight the stories of generosity, resilience, and collaboration that continue to shape our community. Whether you're a longtime supporter or new to our mission, we welcome you to celebrate with us as we turn the page and share the next chapter of impact—together.

Evening Highlights

Silent Auction
Bid on one-of-a-kind experiences inspired by the beauty, culture, and character of the Keweenaw. Proceeds directly support the Keweenaw Community Foundation’s community impact work.

Keynote Presentation
Join Executive Director Robin Meneguzzo as she shares how KCF is crafting the next chapter of its story—inviting our entire community to be part of the plot.

Dinner and Community Connection
Enjoy a buffet dinner, cash bar, and meaningful connections with the individuals who continue to write the Keweenaw’s story of collaboration and impact.

Live Music and DIY Activities
Celebrate with live music from Clay Hilman, and story-themed activities to make the evening memorable and fun.
